How to Use Literature Organizer

Organize and manage your research literature efficiently

Step-by-Step Guide

1

Upload Your Research Papers

Upload 1 to 10 PDFs (free plan) or up to 40 PDFs (premium), up to 20 MB each. These are the research papers you want organized into a structured literature review.

2

Process and Analyze

Click Upload & Start Step 1. The AI processes your papers through 5 stages - generating long and short summaries, identifying themes, selecting articles, and proposing organization options.

3

Choose an Organization Structure

Select from the AI-proposed organization options. Each option shows a proposed theme count and topic titles so you can pick the structure that best fits your review's scope.

4

Generate Your Literature Review

After selecting an option, the tool distributes articles across sections, composes each section, and finalizes your literature review document. This takes a few minutes depending on paper count.

5

Review and Download

Browse the organized sections, literature review summary, and per-article short and long summaries inside the tool. Download all artifacts as Word (.docx) files - including the distribution table, review summary, and individual summaries.

Tips & Best Practices
